Some of you may experienced a little downtime with the control panel yesterday. We just want everyone to know that issue has been resolved and the HO+CP has been upgraded to HSphere 3.2, the latest stable release.

OK, its official. All email accounts have been transferred to the new mail server, bert. If you are experiencing any issues, please be sure to let someone know. Everything should be running much more smooth now.

The new mail server is now ready to rock and roll, just in time for tomorrow's scheduled move. As previously stated, all email accounts will be moved over to the new server tomorrow evening.

Just so that everyone is in the loop, we will be moving all of the email accounts over to the new mail server on the evening of August the 23rd. Please be sure to keep an eye on your email account and report any abnormal activity.

OK, so, the new servers have been setup and are now online. Should any of you be experiencing any issues, please be sure to let someone know. The install went incredibly smooth, far beyond our expectations.

We have just recently upgraded our control panel to HSphere version 3.1 Final. This is a major upgrade that has brought a new template we will be tweaking and releasing in a few weeks.

We have just recently upgraded all of our servers to Apache2 in preparation for our server migration and upgrade coming towards the end of July. This is just one of the few steps we will be taking over the next couple weeks to get things ready for the transition.

Scheduled for the end of July, Hosting Outfitters will be upgrading all servers. This major overhaul will also include a new datacenter and many improvements. Most noticeably to you will be the addition of a new mail server.

It has been a work in progress but Ackoo has worked in our new spam training engine. You should see a huge decrease in the amount of spam in your inbox now. Keep in mind, that if you are still seeing spam in your inbox, more than likely, it has *****SPAM***** prepended to the subject line.

OK, so Friday, roo.ackoo.com had a few bouts with the email. The queue got pretty hung up due to spam engines. So, we have now setup a tripple bounce rule on all bounced messages.
