New Spam Training in Place

It has been a work in progress but Ackoo has worked in our new spam training engine. You should see a huge decrease in the amount of spam in your inbox now.

Keep in mind, that if you are still seeing spam in your inbox, more than likely, it has *****SPAM***** prepended to the subject line. This means the server has targeted this email as spam and marked it as such. You can control your spam handling features from your email section of the HO.cp

If you are still receiving spam messages on your account, we encourage your to REDIRECT them to filter@hostingoutfitters.com. If you do not know how to redirect, or do not have that option, then please get that option setup. DO NOT FORWARD YOUR EMAILS! This might cause false positives and all your real email will then get trained as SPAM. We absolutely want to avoid this.
