OK, so Friday, roo.ackoo.com had a few bouts with the email. The queue got pretty hung up due to spam engines. So, we have now setup a tripple bounce rule on all bounced messages.

We don't expect for anyone to have any issues with this setup and overall, you should enjoy a much quicker and responsible email server.

Also, as a rule. Keep in mind that all email addresses on your website should be cloaked and any contact forms, using sendmail especially, should use captcha or another similar method. There are spam bots that look for these things on the web, and when then find it, they will abuse it to send out their spam list.
